Had a great experience at Terrabis in Mundelein. Joe was extremely helpful and friendly and took the time to give me some solid suggestions based on what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience comfortable without making me feel rushed. Really appreciated the customer service and will definitely be coming back!
