TERRABIS HAS DEEP ROOTS IN MISSOURI

Missouri is where we started. We opened our first dispensary in O’Fallon in 2021, back when cannabis here was still medical-only, and we’ve served Missouri patients since before adult-use sales existed. Our O’Fallon store later became the first 24-hour drive-thru dispensary in St. Charles County.

Three of our Missouri stores once collected 2,710 pounds of food for the St. Louis Area Foodbank, enough for more than 2,200 meals, and it was our customers who carried it in. Other drives have gone to Big Brothers Big Sisters and to Victory Mission + Ministry in Springfield, and our Hazelwood store has run food and hygiene drives for its own neighborhood.

One of the biggest advantages of calling Missouri our home state are the communities we’ve become a part of.

MISSOURI CANNABIS LAWS & PURCHASE LIMITS

Missouri cannabis laws are simpler than most people expect. Cannabis is legal in Missouri for adults 21 and older, who can purchase from a licensed Missouri dispensary with a valid government-issued photo ID. Missouri sets the same limits for residents and visitors alike, and our budtenders can walk you through any of it at the counter.

Adults 21 and older may:

  • Purchase up to 3 ounces of dried cannabis, or its equivalent, per transaction
  • Possess up to 3 ounces of dried cannabis, or its equivalent, at any time

Registered Missouri medical patients may:

  • Purchase up to 6 ounces within a 30-day period, unless certified for a higher amount
  • Possess up to a 60-day supply, which is 12 ounces under a standard certification

Because limits are measured in equivalents, concentrates and infused products count toward the same total. Cannabis can’t be consumed in a public place unless a local government has designated one, no one may drive or operate a vehicle under the influence, and cannabis can’t legally cross state lines, even into another state where it’s legal.

GETTING A MISSOURI MEDICAL CANNABIS CARD

Recreational cannabis is available to adults 21 and older, but Missouri’s medical program continues to offer meaningful benefits to eligible patients. If a Missouri-licensed physician certifies a qualifying condition, you can apply for your medical marijuana card and start shopping at our dispensaries in Missouri with a patient’s purchase allowance.

No, Missouri is adult-use and medical. Anyone 21+ with a valid government-issued ID can shop at any Terrabis location. Registered medical patients with a valid Missouri medical card are also welcome!
Adults 21+ can purchase and possess up to 3 oz of cannabis flower or its equivalent per Missouri law. Registered medical patients may purchase more within a 30-day period under DHSS guidelines; our budtenders can walk you through specifics in store.
