08/09/2026 11:32 PMI’ve been coming here for quite a while, and everyone is usually very nice. My only complaint would be the line right before closing and during the 5 p.m. rush. I feel like the line could be organized a little better instead of everyone going in different directions. Maybe putting out cones to create a more organized line in the parking lot would allow more cars to fit comfortably and prevent people from honking, getting frustrated with each other, or creating dangerous obstacles on Kearney. When it gets busy, people seem to be driving in all kinds of crazy ways just trying to get in line.On another note, I wanted to point out a great experience I had today with Serenity. She mentioned that she was new, but I really enjoyed the short interaction I had with her at the window. She was friendly, quick and genuinely made me feel good about my experience there. She has such a bubbly, positive personality and I feel like she really stood out from the rest. She’s great, and I hope she knows that her customer service is appreciated!
