Fall Patient Registration Event

Come see us for a Fall Patient Registration Event on Saturday, October 16th  at Terrabis in Hazelwood!

We will be connecting patients with doctors to schedule their appointments for their Medical Marijuana Card and providing more information on products our Hazelwood location carries in store!
In Fall spirit we will be giving out pumpkins, a special hot cocoa recipe, and we will have a live painter creating a fall themed canvas!
We will also have a live DJ, bubble van, snacks, games, and of course the opportunity to sign up and schedule an appointment with a Doctor for your Medical Marijuana Card!
The first 10 new medical patient applications will only be $50!
