Support Cannabis Reform: Tell Illinois Lawmakers to pass HB 5784!
HB 5784 makes three simple changes that would make an immediate difference. It allows drive-through and pickup service at dispensaries, which is long overdue for seniors, parents, and anyone with a disability. It extends hours to 2 a.m. and lets medical patients shop at any dispensary instead of one specific location. And it doubles possession limits so I’m not making unnecessary repeat trips for a product I’m legally allowed to buy.
None of this is radical. It’s how retail already works everywhere else in Illinois.
